Oh, yeah. This is a good idea.

Evidently, there now exists a Facebook page (or whatever--I don't know the lingo because I'm not 15 years old) that allows you to post commentary on former supervisors, employees or colleagues. It's touted as a place to conduct research before extending or accepting a job offer.

Um, yeah. I don't see this ever being abused. Or filled with subjective information. So glad the old "slam book" from junior high has officially found its home in the ether.

Research is good. I like research. And, if I know someone who has worked at a company that has piqued my interest, I'll ask their opinion. Oh, wait. If I know and respect the opinion of someone.... Yeah. That's how I should have started the sentence.

I could go on and on, but I won't. You all know what I think. I'll wager you knew without even reading this post.
