Self-imposed deadlines are the cruellest kind.

I'm running late today. The routine has been compromised by a school holiday and Rodney's vacation day, taken to recover from the marathon.

This is the first solid time I've had at the computer all morning. Don't they understand I have a devoted following of six people (yes; we've gone up a whole person) who start their work-week by reading my journal?
