It starts with a nibble.
Friday, November 13, 2009 at 9:51AM Hm. Where to go with that...?
Ah, yes. I've had a nibble on my press release--the one sent to Woodlands-area media. I will be featured (somehow) in "The Woodlands Lifestyles & Homes" magazine. I don't know when. Nor do I know where.
You can see why I need so much help, now, can't you? These would have been perfectly legitimate questions for me to ask, but I didn't want to be a bother. That, I and was totally stymied by the request for a photo of me holding WHOSS.
Oops.
And Katie was sick.
Double-oops.
So my daughters and I trooped outside to the front flower bed and tried to frame a shot that wouldn't include the little boy's dump truck or my dead geraniums. This was much more difficult than it sounds, I assure you.
The result? Not too bad. My 15-year-old has an eye for composition. My 12-year-old has an eye for messing with my head. It's quite a combination.
Anyway, keep your eye open, if you live in The Woodlands. I was in "Review It" last week, for the John Cooper event. That was sort of neat. And then one of the moms at my little boy's school said she had seen me in there and was going to buy a copy of WHOSS.
Hey, it's starting to work!
Media = Good,
WHOSS
