Erin K. Rice began writing novels when she was 10 years old. Thirty years later, she published her first one. Erin attended The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature. She returned to Houston in 1995 and worked for several energy companies, including Enron, before and during the 2001 crash of the energy market. Erin now lives in The Woodlands, north of Houston, with her husband and children and their hyperactive dog.
